The Summit Creek HOA Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) seeks to foster a safe, vibrant, and welcoming neighborhood environment where every resident feels a profound sense of belonging and pride.

We are dedicated to working with our Board members and residents to enhance the quality of life through active engagement, transparent communication, and collaborative decision-making for the common benefit and enjoyment for all.

Our goal is to create a harmonious and inclusive community where neighbors connect, support one another, and collectively work towards the continuous improvement and beautification of our shared spaces. Together, we are committed to building a neighborhood that is not only safe but also a place where everyone loves to live. 

• Take a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interests of all homeowners/residents.
• Act as a liaison between the Board and the Summit Creek community.
• Communicate with the Board and with homeowners in a timely and transparent manner through appropriate mediums.
• Treat every issue which comes before the NAC with respect.
• Foster a community of friendly, well-maintained homes, safe, caring and respectful neighbors, who cooperate with each other to uphold and grow the value of our properties and our family, friends and community relationships.
