We are a beautiful single family, carriage house, and townhome-styled privately owned and governed community spread across 33 acres located in Prince George's County, Maryland. Our amenities provide our residents with a spacious two-level clubhouse, swimming pool, and recreational areas, including a playground, walking trails, tot lots, and tennis court. We are located minutes from the National Harbor, I-95/495, and downtown Washington DC.
We love our neighbors, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.

We are excited to announce that the pool will open on May 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Residents are welcome to use the pool, provided their account is in good standing.
To check your account status and history, please log in to your Buildium homeowner portal. If you have not received an invitation to join Buildium, contact Shamia Cook at 301-909-0471 ext. 1003 or email summitcreekhoa@communityservicegroup.net to have the invitation link resent.
For Rental Properties:
Accounts must be in good standing, and all required rental documentation—including the lease, resident data form, and rental license—must be on file with the Homeowners Association. Please complete the Resident Data Form and return it via your Buildium portal or drop it off at the onsite office.
Amenities Card Pickup:
You may pick up your amenities card without an appointment on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Appointments are required for all other time slots. If you still have your card from previous seasons, please bring it with you.
